2009 INY Air Show are the Navy’s Blue Angles,
Greg Knootz who will be flying his vintage 1946
Piper Cub while performing his act, ‘The World’s
Smallest Airport’ plus a beautiful red Super
Decathlon, which by the way he flies to the Air
Show’s, Michael Wiskus flying the Lucas Oil The
Pitts S-1-11B and performing some breath taking
maneuvers. The are also static displays
featuring some of the most historic aircraft in
the world.
And no Air Show would be complete without the
voice of the best air show announcer to ever,
Mr. Rob Reider.
The INDY Air Show is held each year and its sole
purpose is to raise funds for Riley Children’s
Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
