Encounter At The Falls

Pendleton, Indiana – This past weekend Falls Park came to life with a living history presentation name, “Encounter At The Falls”. Hosted by the Pendleton Historical Museum, in cooperation with Falls Park and sponsored solely by Saint Johns Hospital in Anderson, Indiana, this 3 day event took visitors on a journey back into history as it was during a period during the 1800’s including a Civil War re-enactment, Fredrick Douglas’s speech in Pendleton, Indiana, a Lincoln-Douglas Debate re-enactment, a visit with Mrs. Lincoln plus a host of other activities and sites that keep visitors entertained all weekend long.
