the
State
Road 38
Sale.
This is
the
kick-off
event
for
Pendleton
in what
has
become
one of
the
places
to be
during
the
spring
and
summer.
One of
the main
attractions
every
year
during
the
State
Road 38
Sale is
the
booth
set up
by one
of the
areas
favorites,
the
Pendleton
Garden
Club.
They
bring
with
them a
whole
array of
plants,
baked
goods,
and free
advice
and
garden
tips for
everybody
looking
for
insight
about
proper
care for
any kind
of plant
or
garden
project.
Although
things
are
starting
out a
bit wet
this
year it
did not
dampen
the
spirits
of the
Garden
Club
members.
