Visit Pendleton, Indiana

Settlers moved to the area
now known as Pendleton in 1818. Since that time
Pendleton has become one the most well-known smaller
communities in the Midwest. Pendleton's unique and
vibrant history makes this one of the most rewarding
experiences anyone can have.
A taste of life in Pendleton is available at some of the
many events like the
State Road 38 Sale, Heritage Days, the
Homecoming Parade.
Some of the other big events during the year
are the Pendleton Lions Club June
Jamboree,
Encounter at the Falls and the
Fall Festival,
all of which are held at Falls Park. And
then it's time for 'Christmas in Pendleton' that has become a 'Mega Event'
all its own.
There are many other events held in Pendleton which are
gaining a major following such as the
Back to School Fair
, Quilts in the Park,
Outfitter's Block Party,
the Pendleton, Indiana Opening Day
Ceremony and
Scarecrow's on Display. Another great even here
in Pendleton is the
P-Town Regatta.
While it is somewhat lesser known
than most of the other events it is by far
one coolest events you'll find
anywhere. It takes place each Labor Day
