SPRING SALAD
When
I read this recipe I thought it would be great…and it is
wonderful! I had 6 guests here for dinner. That happened on
the spur of the moment, (imagine that, a new recipe that I
hadn’t even tried before!) I usually try new recipes with
just my family however this one is a winner. I was at the
grocery and the strawberries and kiwi were looking right
back at me. I just bought enough to make the recipe. I will
buy in bulk when the fruit is in season and cost less. I
served this salad with a grilled sirloin steak, (I will give
you that recipe next month) macaroni and cheese, green
beans, and homemade whole wheat bread. I am so anxious for
spring however it is so nice to have a taste of spring, even
in January.
It is so nice to get settled in our new home and have time
in the kitchen again, I missed that so much, I will look
forward to sending all of you new recipes.
