Richmond, IN. - Our daughter, Lisa, had us over for dinner the other night and we had a wonderful visit and a delightful Asian meal. And yes this is another way to prepare chicken! Lisa said it was quick and an easy meal to prepare. This is one of Fred’s favorite spicy chicken dishes. Serve with Chinese Rice and chop sticks!

ASIAN CHICKEN

 

6 Chicken breast (diced)

1 bottle of Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce



Put diced chicken in foil and add a couple teaspoons of sauce and mix well. This will season the chicken while cooking. Remove when chicken is done, about 25-30 minutes in a 350* oven depending on your oven or grill. Serve over rice. ENJOY!

(NOTE: I used House of Tsang brand of peanut sauce. You can purchase this in the oriental isle in your grocery).
