PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

Bookmark and Share

Here is a recipe for a wonderful cake. People send me recipes all the time and I appreciate that so much. This one I tried over the weekend and it was so easy and very, very delicious! It is that time of year when all of us are baking more for the Holidays. I just love this time of year, the house always smells so good with all the aromas from the kitchen. I hope you all enjoy this one.

ONE 29OZ. CAN OF PURE PUMPKIN

ONE 12OZ CAN OF MILNOT CREAM

3 EGGS

1 CUP SUGAR

1 TEASPOON SALT

3 TEASPOONS CINNAMON

1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX

1 CUP CHOPPED PEACANS (OR AS MANY AS YOU WOULD LIKE FOR THE TOPPING)

¾ CUP MELTED BUTTER

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREESE. MIX FIRST SIX INGREDIENTS UNTIL WELL BLENDED, AND POUR BATTER INTO A 9 BY 13 GREASED PAN. SPRINKLE CAKE WITH PEACANS AND POUR MELTED BUTTER OVER TOP. BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES. YOU CAN TOP WITH COOL WHIP OR WHIPPING CREAM IF YOU LIKE WHEN SERVING
