Richmond, Indiana - This is a great recipe for a Taco Salad. It's great for parties or for that last minute extra. I have fixed this recipe many times and it always goes quickly. I hope you all enjoy this as much as we do.

TACO SALAD

1 LARGE HEAD OF ICE BURG LETTUCE

1 MEDIUM ONION

2 CUPS KIDNEY BEANS (DRAINED AND RINSED)

2 CUPS CHEDDER CHEESE (MILD)

1 TO 1 ½ POUNDS GROUND BEEF

1 PKG TACO SEASONING MIX

1 LARGE BOTTLE OF CATALINA DRESSING

1 BAG TACO CHIPS

Brown the grown beef and onion add the seasoning mix according to the package. In a large bowl layer your washed and chopped lettuce, kidney beans, your drained and cooled ground beef, cheese. Refrigerate, just before serving add the bag of taco chips and Catalina dressing. Stir and serve, Delicious. ENJOY!
