This
past weekend the Pendleton Heights High School grounds became a
temporary home for a group of very courageous and dedicated
group of volunteers which included, young and old, cancer
patients, cancer survivors, along with friends and family, who
helped raise money for cancer research to find a cure for this
deadly disease and for other resources cancer patients need.
Two of
these courageous individuals were Julie Husted (Madison County
Relay Chairperson) and Laura Market (American Cancer Society).
They spoke with us this morning about this weekends event.
